Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Shipments occur Monday thru Friday. All orders placed weekends or holidays will ship the following business day. If  in the unlikely event shipping delays occur the customer will be notified via email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on weight of order.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 Shipping to P.O. Boxes is permitted. Shipping to APO/FPO addresses is also permitted but will require a customs form. Goatboy Soaps LLC. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees, tariffs, taxes, etc. imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address on file for the order immediately upon creating shipping label. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Damages

Goatboy Soaps LLC. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or us directly at info@goatboy.us to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We do not ship to addresses outside of the United States of America.
